Inner thighs can cause agonizing pain while walking when they rub against each other. Generally a boil will mature itself to form a white and erupt. So wait and watch it for the eruption. If it doesn’t erupt and the pain and fever (if any), doesn’t heal after a few days then immediately seek medical help. A surgical treatment, just antibiotics or combination of both may salvage the situation.
Never pick at the boil. Allow it to mature and erupt. You can apply hot compress to reduce the pain.
